He got a new credit card in the mail and saw Tony Robbins on TV. He bought the product, transformed his life within 9 months and became a success story. He then had something to talk about with Tony’s staff because he had successfully implemented his teachings.

They did one video asking people for questions, and got about 500 responses.
They created about 30 videos answering people’s questions

Create videos and name them using search keywords
10 Videos Top 10 questions
10 Videos Should-ask questions: These define you as an authority. They are the 10 questions people don’t ask but they should.
Create a 1-3 minute video answering each question.
One idea if you don’t consider yourself an expert, you can read and report on books and products in your niche.
4 videos:
- CTA clip to put at the end of each video
- On your squeeze page: Video telling why to sign up
- Thank you video “Thanks for signing up” offer product or trial
He doesn’t mention what the fourth one is.
The act of being creative seeds your brain and helps you come up with new ideas.
- Create a list of 10 Frequently-asked questions.
- Create a list of 10 questions your customers would ask if they knew enough about your area of expertise.
- Answer each question.
- Create a short video where you answer the question, and post to Youtube.
- Create a blog and post the written answers to the blog.
- Open an account with an autoresponder and create an opt in form for your blog which offers either access to the videos you created or a report with answers to the 5 most pressing questions that people need to know.
- Go back to YouTube and link to your opt-in on each of the videos you created.
- Become active online (discussion groups, Facebook, Twitter) and provide good information, with links to your videos or blog.
At the time of the seminar Mike was owner of Traffic Geyser and Instant Customer. Neither of them are still in business, at least not in the format as when he owned them.
