There were several Question and Answer sessions during the Action Seminars. These are the ones that related to Product Creation.
The questions were:
- What is the easiest way to create a product quickly?
- For Joe Polish: What are your best tips for interviewing people to create products?
- How do you learn how to interview?
What is the easiest way to create a product quickly?
Brian: Do a launch.
Melanie: Do a call with FAQ from customers, record and use that as a product.
Brian: You have to have a deadline, know the outcome and the steps that you need to take.
John: Write the sales letter first and then fulfill on the sales letter with the product
AS1:
4:23 What are your best tips for interviewing people to create products.
Joe: I interview people I want to talk with, and ask them questions because that is information I want to know. Also people focus better when they know they are being recorded. During a mastermind you can record even though the recording will never be distributed as a focusing tool. People are more articulate when being recorded.
Einstein says that if he had one hour to solve a problem he would spend 55 minutes developing the question and 5 minutes on the answer.
Come up with good questions and find people with knowledge.
Joe: Selling interviews sounds boring. Give it a better name so people will want to buy it.
6:35 How do you learn how to interview?
John: Just find people to interview. Set up an interview series and call people about participating. Give them reasons to fit it in and they will cooperate/
How to develop the questions:
1. Ask questions you want to know
2. Ask questions the market would want to ask.
3. Ask questions that people should ask.
Dig a bit and find out things about your subject so you can ask questions that are out of the ordinary and get unique content.
Create an audio product for yourself. Find an expert (or several) and interview them.
John talks about speed reading. We describe a method you can use to read books more efficiently in this post.
