Marketing Hotseat — Local Expert Wants New Ideas
This hot seat features Stan, the Head Marketing Rebel. His client, Bruce, is a beer expert who works as an executive chef at a San Francisco restaurant. He has a website, has created a lot of content and is doing some local events but hasn’t yet made a name for himself. His niche (craft beer) is just starting to take off in popularity.
In addition, the restaurant where Bruce works is closing down in 18 months and he will be unemployed. Stan is looking for ideas for ways Bruce can leverage his site and his local celebrity to earn more, both locally and on his website.
This is conducted as a brainstorm, so the participants throw out a lot of ideas for Stan’s client.
