  • Do I need to register two trademarks? My logo has a man and woman depicted. This is not registered yet.

    I’m currently working on a woman’s product, so I’ll want to use just the female from this logo on the product (change her outfit) same business name (obviously).

    Will I have to register this as a second trademark?
