Hi There!
I am a new trial member and would like to submit a ticket. However, when I try to do so I have to log in again on that page and I get a message that my login/password is incorrect. Please email me at srikumarsrao@gmail.com and tell me how to fix this problem
Thanks

Hello, just joined this site. Per instructions an introduction. Last night, I watched Mastermind Groups podcast 138. Tonight, I looked for more free material found 3 minute clip on goal setting. I’m weak with marketing. For $29 I figure I will give this group a try. Just looking to improve my business. Thank you.

Hi Matthew: The first thing you should do is read through the “Complete Guide” (link toward the top of the right column). That will give you an intro to the site and tell you what is available and when we post new content. There is also a list of all the posts available.
If you have specific questions, please post them here. Thanks, and…Read more

Hey Virginia, Thank you. I got your email, followed the link(did it), then read complete guide.
Followed up with your article on Hiring workers from the Philippines. I have seen people sell VA services for FBA but charge significant markup from hiring someone directly through job link site. So thank you.
I use specific software that pulls…Read more

Hi Matthew I personally wouldn’t trust someone overseas (or probably someone in the US, either) to price inventory for me, especially when there are so many items to keep track of. That may just be my own paranoia, though. I would speak with other Amazon sellers and see how they handle it.
All of the content on the site is available whether…Read more

I just became a member today and I think this question can be a good way to start my journey here:
One of my clients is an architecture firm that sells services to other companies. Their main challenge is that customers complain their prices are too high.
The company is the largest in its field and has many advantages over the competition,…Read more

Hi Guillermo. Welcome!
You’ve described a situation far too complex to solve in a Clubhouse post. I’ve got one specific tactic for you.
But first:
Some things are commodities. They are purchase primarily by price and convenience. Your client (I’m going to call them the ABC Company) may be trying to sell what is undeniably a better mousetrap…Read more

Hi, I just joined the site. I’ve been following John Carlton for about 2 years and I love his approach to copywriting. I got my copywriting certification from AWAI in June 2020. Currently, I’m working as a part-time marketing consultant for small businesses in my country (Chile). I mainly focus on lead-generation. I’m looking for marketing…Read more

By “right offer” do you mean you want to figure out how to create an offer in the lead gen space or are you trying to find another service that you can sell?
In either case, you should apply for a hot seat. John and Stan can look at what you are doing and what you want to do and give you some “next steps” that you can implement to move forward.…Read more

Thank you @virginia-drew, sounds like a terrific opportunity! I already found interesting advice in other hot seats from people in a similar situation. I will apply soon.

John Carlton’s Best Ads: Butt-Ugly Golf
I've written something like 4,000 direct mail letters and direct response ads for golf products now. Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but not much. Sometimes, the best ads come from sheer desperation. I was hitting the very bottom of my bag of tricks last year,...
John Carlton’s Best Ads: Everything And The Kitchen Sink #2 – Entire Library Of Fighting Videos
There are two ads referenced in this commentary. This is the second one (last couple of paragraphs). Another Rodale piece-- this time, they got impatient selling individual books about the various parts of men's lives... and decided to just lump everything together...
John Carlton’s Best Ads: The Financial Bloodbath Caused By Criminal Scum
Gary Halbert gets credit for the headline and concept on this one. I was working with him at the time, in the last days of the Reagan presidency, when the financial markets -- and especially the precious metals markets -- were causing investors migraines. Banks were...
John Carlton’s Best Ads: The Nearly-Crippled Businessman
Here is an early self-defense letter, which struck a major nerve in the customer base for this market. It's run every year for the last decade in the major magazines and mailed even more often to hotlists. The appeal is simple and to the point: This is hard-core...
