I don’t know that there are any “requirements” per se other than being able to write well, follow instructions, meet deadlines, and know the basics of email marketing, sales pages and other formats.

Medium can be a good medium — but I would just say that it’s not just the quality of your posts, isn’t part of success there also how effectively you drive traffic to those posts in the first place?

That’s true, David. And I feel I am usually quite good at engaging with other accounts. Medium is almost like Twitter but solely for writing, so the opportunity to engage is huge. It may require more focus than I am currently giving it, but I do feel there’s a lot of potential there.
