Hey, Rockstars. I found a list of very valuable Gary Halbert videos on YouTube. I’ve downloaded the videos and turned them into mp3 audios. I’ve been observing the content like a sponge at my night job at the warehouse. Gary Halbert and John Carlton are the 2 Rockstars I’ve been listening to most often while moving freight.

Hello folks — I’m wondering where I can find the remainder of the Scuttbutt tapes. I’m only able to find 3 posted. Thanks for the help.

Good Morning – just checking in as I am starting this process today. My apologies for the Avatar pic – I assume it is being pulled from one of our fitness sites… not the best for this venue. Regardless, I am looking forward to the training and coaching. Cheers ~ tl

Hi Todd: Welcome to the Club and to the SWS Coaching Program. I know that if you apply yourself you will get so much out of it. I took it in 2010 and even though I am not a pro copywriter I still find that it affects my everyday life. Kind of hard to explain, but you will understand when you are finished with the course.
Best of luck to you.

Hello…I’m new to the site. So, wanted to say hello and post our businesses most pressing problem: How does one get a potential customer off of their ass and actually do something with you after there telling you that the like/love what you’re offering? Thanks JohnT
P.s. Can go to my description page for more detail.-
Hi John: There is a big difference between someone liking a product and actually taking money out to purchase it. You haven’t resolved all of his objections. Did someone say they loved your product but haven’t bought? Maybe you should ask him what is holding him back.
You might consider taking the Simple Writing System. The coaching program…Read more

Good points, Virginia. The chance to be mentored in this one-time class under Mark is a rare opportunity. I’ve known and trusted Mark for decades, and he’s an original teacher (from the very first classes we offered, many moons ago).
Specifically trying to get a customer off their ass involves deep salesmanship… plus the knowledge that…Read more

John Carlton’s Best Ads: Black Hawk Down!
I read a lot. And I advise you to read a lot, too. As an old English teacher once told me: Read a book a week. And then, in your spare time, read another one. Non-fiction, and fiction. Newspapers and magazine excerpts don't count. (One trick I allow myself: At any...
John Carlton’s Best Ads: Your Personal Invitation
I love to do "personal invitations". It's the ultimate use of personalization. You don't have to make the piece "look" like a real invitation, but you can. I haven't tested this option, but my gut tells me a little ostentatious "wedding invite" detail would boost...

Hi Raymond: We only post them for a short while. There are about 3 more that we will be posting, but we only leave up 2 at a time (I will leave the third up for a few days, but it should have been taken down already)
I see. Do you rotate them, or are the ones that have already been posted gone forever?
We rotate them. They will probably be published again in the spring.
