      There are no specific questions to ask. You just have to get to know the client. find out what the story is behind the product. If it was created by one person, talk with him to get his story. You dive in, look for interesting stories, and keep digging until you discover something outrageous or fascinating or dear to the heart of your audience.     When discussing a project with a potential new client, never worked with them before and haven’t worked in the niche before, is it a red flag when they say, “I would have you write the copy first before I created the product”?

    I want to kick-start a campaign to promote an ebook geared to help men and women raise their salaries even if their bosses are micromanagers. I would like to run the campaign via the internet and later go offline or do both simulataneously.
