Just finished putting up a landing page after two weeks today. I would love to hear your opinion on it. If this is not part of the community guidelines, please delete it. I don’t mean to infringe any rules.
But if it is, the link is cryptocitytalks.com. Here’s some specifications:
The target audience is people interested in crypto investing…Read more

Hi Alejandro: I think it looks good. If possible, I would put in an upsell which allows them to get recordings. For another perspective, watch the kickass copywriting crash course video which will be published on Thursday. John brings up the point that people don’t want seminars. They want to improve their lives. So you shouldn’t mention…Read more

Thank you SO much for all the insightful information Virginia. I will definitely keep an eye out for that video. 🙂

Hi everyone! Does anyone know where I can find good VSL Examples I could check out? Want to see about five of them so I can start seeing the commonalities between them.
Thanks in advance!
Alejandro.

Hi Alejandro: I would suggest you become active in whatever market you are in. Opt in for products from your competitors. If you aren’t on Facebook already, open an account. You will be advertised to by your competition and can watch their videos, because they all use retargeting and when you show interest in their products they will retarget…Read more

Thanks so much Virginia! Just tried that. Was retargeted by a campaign about 20 minutes later. Kinda scary, but found what I was looking for. 🙂

No crime in clarity, but a sexy headline would probably be better.
If you have ideas for how I might write this better, your comments are welcome at this link, and I’ll be grateful.

OUR MARKET – We are selling to fully-employed folks who work at a company that reimburses them for taking career development classes at universities.
THEIR PAIN IS THEY WANT A RAISE AND FEEL STIFLED. Our students want to take a class called, HOW TO GET A RAISE AND LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER!
-
I would put some benefits in the headline. A little more specific than get a raise and live happily ever after, but that is more along the lines of what the headline should be.

Howdy folks, I sell follow up software to real estate agents in the US and Canada. Agents pay $2,500 in advance for an annual subscription. We advertise to agents on Facebook who request demos and my sales team has 45 minutes demos and collect payment.
Here is my big pain point:
In Q1, 46% of our marketing qualified leads (full contact info…Read more

Hi Hassan: You say that 22% of prospects who requested a demo actually booked one. How does someone request a demo and where are they sent to book it? Are they sent directly to a calendar link? Also, how much do they know about you at the time they request a demo? What is your funnel to get people to request the demo?
-
Hi Virginia,
My customer journey starts with lead magnet to request their email (sends them to my FB Group too) –> retargeting to ask them to book a demo –> sent directly to Calendly page with 3-5 day booking window.
My working theory is they don’t know a bunch about what we do.
-
They request a demo and are sent to the calendar to book it and just leave the page. Do you have a “abandon cart” sequence where you follow up several times reinforcing the benefits of your system and reminding them that they forgot to book the demo?
-
They get an indoctrination email campaign, and conversion email campaign. I’m adding SMS too.
We basically follow up until they die.
I think the ‘uneducated stranger’ shouldn’t be in our funnel at all. Need more friction. lol
