  • So a trend is that longtime clients (4+ years) are the “WE LOVE YOUR DAD” responses.

    While the clients who haven’t been around as long answer the questions via email.

    So it seems that mailing postcards/SASE won’t be required,
    a follow up phone call seems enough.
