I’m confused to what a tagline is. What it is not. IS it a USP in a different guise? Help… How do you chose/design them? My husband came up with a few words last year, but not sure whether it is a good one or not: Only amazing is good enough. Would appreciate your thoughts.

If you do get access to his analytics, another thing you could look at is how long people watch. If you find a large dropoff at a certain point that might tell you something. I remember a story told by David Frey, who used to be pretty big in IM I haven’t heard from him lately…not sure what happened He had a sales video which wasn’t…Read more

I think his main problem is lack of resources (time or staff) to really focus on it. He said there are many traffic generating strategies he would like to try but he simply doesn’t have the time.

Testimonials – can you repeat the same one on different pages? Wondering what a pro would do. Duplicate, vs a less powerful one.

OK to repeat if they are your best ones. 2nd goal (behind sell more stuff) is to build in a process that asks everyone who reorders to let you know what the product has done for them. You can work that feedback into good testimonials.
