I have a friend who owns and manages several mobile home parks in Texas and Montana. He buys almost new mobile homes for a deep discount through his network, sells them to investors, and rents them out. He gets to keep the lot rent (the rent of the land) and he sends the investors a monthly rent check for the mobile homes.

Hi Hal: Are you talking about selling the mobile homes as IRA investments?
If so, one thing you could do is network with referral sources…investment advisors, accountants…anyone who would have access to people who would be in a position to make these investments. You could also join your local Chamber of Commerce and network there.-
Hey Virginia – Thank you for all the great advice. I will look into writing a book. The guy who sells the mobile homes is a licensed broker for them. I just help him write copy and tell my friends and family about them. I have been using Organic Prospects to offer biz opps and product offers. So far no joy on any purchases. Got views, read the email, yet no bucks. these leads are suppose be 70% or higher truly interested in biz opps and related products.
