What are the best practices, in terms of post-purchase copy for a membership? I run one similar to MRIC, but in a different niche; curious to hear about possible best practices that I may be missing.

Hi Jacob: First impressions are very important. Make it crystal clear how they are supposed to log in to the members’ area. If there is a path they have to follow, make sure to explain it. You can’t be too clear about these things. It may be obvious to you but it is not obvious to other people.
