John, in this post you share the 17th revision for a Gary Halbert letter which became the control: https://1023.marketingrebelclub.com/lessons/sf-the-17th-version/ My question, if you can verbalize it/write it: If the “you” who wrote the 17th version could go back and explain the difference to…Read more

Hi Everyone:
New exited member of the Carlton Gang…signing in.
So excited to join a group of like minded marketers.
John Carlton: I’ve followed you from afar in the AWAI world, and you simply resonated with me the most. I love the scrappy, street tough rebel guru that you are. And I am here to take the first bold, big-assed steps in getting…Read more

IRA Investments: Real Estate
Real Estate is a popular investment for IRA’s. This is probably because of the high growth/income potential and the fact that people understand it better than, say, oil and gas leases (with the possible exception being those who live in Houston). There are many ways...
Alternative Investments for Your IRA
The investment options for an IRA are almost unlimited. Just stay away from insurance policies and collectibles, and abide by the law against self-dealing. Of course, you should not use any investment that is already tax-advantaged, like tax-exempt securities,...

This is the first in a series of articles that will discuss retirement plan options that are available to the self-employed person or small business owner. In this article I will explain some of the basic principles that underlie intelligent retirement planning.
