Hi – I just joined MRIC and am excited to be here. I own 5 assisted living homes in Phoenix, AZ. I’ve owned them about a year. Generally the way most assisted living homeowners seem to find residents is:

Hi Hal Welcome to the Club. One thing I would suggest is that you apply for a hot seat with Stan and John. They will go over your marketing and suggest other ways to get new leads. There is a link in the right column to the application. The application is not difficult. It just lays out the info they need and saves a lot of back and forth.

Hi Daniel: Since you know the IT stuff you might want to outsource that. There are many people (I am thinking in the Philippines) who are very competent, would love to do it and wouldn’t charge much. You can then keep tabs on them since you know what has to be done. There is no law that says you have to do all the work yourself.

I’ve never considered outsourcing to the Phillipines before as I’ve been scared that something will go wrong and I’ll be on the hook to the client.

Need some input/help. So, we are working on our first campaign for one of our clients, and we’ve run a few Facebook Ad campaigns so far. We are feeling ok about our CTR (50 clicks after 3,425 impressions) which isn’t fantastic, and we know it can be approved, but it’s something.
However, out of those 50 clicks, we have had zero opt-ins.…Read more

One thing I would suggest is that you apply for a hot seat. John and Stan can review it with you and give you some suggestions. There is a link in the right column.
If you post a link to your opt in page we can probably make some suggestions, but failing that it is impossible to tell what you are doing now, much less how you can improve.

Hi Ron: From what you are saying I am assuming that you are advertising on Facebook and sending people directly to affiliate offers. Is that right?
If not, what is your current funnel?

I run all traffic sources I am a media buyer. Anything from FB to native ads. Particularly with facebook we have a feedback loop where we wouldn’t see the reaction from our advertising.
I send people from the traffic source to an advertorial lander presell then out to an offer.
