Good Afternoon. I just wanted to report that I am in the “Oops” group. It started after I received a reply from my instructor and after I replied back. Today is still messing up today. I opened the home page, signed in, went to Premium Services, then Simple Writing System Coaching. I went to Classrooms. I am able to go to all of the classrooms…Read more

Do I need to register two trademarks? My logo has a man and woman depicted. This is not registered yet.
I’m currently working on a woman’s product, so I’ll want to use just the female from this logo on the product (change her outfit) same business name (obviously).
Will I have to register this as a second trademark?
Please advise.Thank you…Read more

Hi Nicole – I’m not a trademark attorney, nor do I play one one TV. So there is no reason you or anyone else should care what I have to say on this topic.

Hi Vitaly. First, I want to point out that I think you’re approaching this in one of the best ways possible. Get a list of the benefits of the product. Then maybe write out a Feature – Benefit map and a bit of copy that might go into an add about each. THEN think about the headline. I see to many people trying to start with the headline. That…Read more

As for specific suggestions… I’m flying 90% blind without knowing what are the most proven buyers of this product. If I learned that 90% of the people who have Plasti Dip-ed their car did it to change the color and chose this over a new paint job for reasons X, Y, & Z, I’d go with new color as the main point of the headline.
If I learned 90% of…Read more
