My biggest challenge will be turning copywriter knowledge into verbal sales speech to give to maintenance managers of factories here in Dallas…
OR I’ll create reasons to hand off fliers and materials I’m comfortable with… -

I’m Marcos from Brazil.
I would like to use a simple write system for facebook ads, but you know the SWS has 18 steps, so can you guys give me some examples of applying SWS to facebook ads? Because the idea it’s to use the facebook ads to send traffic to the sales page where I’m going to use the 18 steps.
Thank you

Hi Marcos. You have to be careful with Facebook Ads because Facebook doesn’t like it when you point out problems that a reader may have (which is basic to a sales letter). This is because they don’t want them to feel bad when they are on Facebook. So you can’t say something like “Would you like to lose 10 pounds” or “are you fat?” (just…Read more

Rudy Mawer ‘s crew does/did a ton of weightloss/fitness funnels with ads on FB, so has quite a few creative ways to deal with the issue. You might want to join the diamond something or other FB groups and see what people are posting/using there for some ideas. Also note that a lot of them lead to an article that leads to a sales page, which makes…Read more

Hello Clubhouse friends!
I had a quick question and would love to hear your thoughts!I recently added the option for Birthday on the checkout/registration pages of our site and have some customer birthdays coming up.
Up until now my go to gift has pretty much always been a free shipping coupon for the website so I’d like to add the element…Read more

Personally, I would appreciate a small gift more than something that encourages me to buy something from you. Or a card with a gift certificate for a certain item.

Hi Virginia!
Thanks for the feedback. I agree, it will feel more genuine without expecting anything in return. The gift certificate is also something worth trying. Thanks!

one thing Ive done recently is figure out what’s a powerful hook for the service being offered, and have that as the first thing salespeople say when talking to a new prospect. My #1 suggestion is to stick to the process. Take what you’re learning about copywriting and create an ad.
Read it out loud. You’ll see if the flow goes from getting attention, hooking into the story, credibility, benefits to the audience, call to action, etc.
Don’t think you have to create a new model. Pick one that’s proven.
Hope this helps.
