Hey MRIC crew…
so I’ve been busy working on an affiliate product promotion in the health niche. As I’m thinking of the stategy for the landing page and email sequence I have a dillema I’d like your opinion on – Should I write as if I’m the authority who created the product or myself?
As I want to create a long term relationship with this crowd…Read more-
Hi Shlomi:
If it is not your product, the people buying it will know, won’t they? Unless you have PLR rights they will be buying it from someone else.
I think you are better off positioning yourself as someone who is doing the research and finding the products that your people will buy. Then, if you develop a product yourself you can sell it…Read more

I think you should go over and join the SWS Express Course, if you haven’t done so yet. This is the last day. You can opt in here: http://www.SimpleWritingSystem.com.
You could also apply for a hot seat and see what Stan and John have to say about positioning yourself to sell affiliate products. There is a link in the right column.

Virginia thank you very much for your feedback. I’ve thought about it long and hard, and the way I see it since I’m not an expert in the niche and I didn’t have the same problem the prospects in the niche have, the only way I can get a cold audience to listen is if I position my self (at first) as “the reporter” – the reluctant hero that can’t…Read more

I think that sounds good.

Maybe you have seen (or know) other people with the problem and know the struggles they face in getting truthful info, or something like that.

Hey gang, I’m looking to develop a monthly print newsletter. Does anyone have suggestions for an on-demand printer?
-
When people subscribe, will you want a single issue mailed right away?
Or will they wait until the next month when the whole batch ships?
What is the minimum that you would want shipped at one time?
When you say on-demand, it implies that you can order one copy of a newsletter and have it printed and shipped. Do you need that capability?
-
Thanks for chiming in, Virginia.
I should have clarified. I will be sending out a new newsletter near the beginning of every month. So people would pay a monthly subscription, something like $50/mo.
I imagine I would send a list of addresses to the printer before each mailing??
I don’t know about a minimum.

John Carlton’s Best Ads: No-Rules Cage Fighter
My clients had roasted the self-defense magazines for years using what we called “down and dirty” print ads — no photos, no graphics, just 3 solid pages of hard-charging copy. Worked like gangbusters, hauling in cash by the barrel load. Then the competition started...

Hi Sergio: Is this a Harbor Freight product you are selling? If it is not a Harbor Freight product you have to say that the name is trademarked, and that you have no relationship with them.
Where is the traffic coming from? My first impression is that since it is a $2000 product you should be warming them up first.
First, you have to…Read more
