You say it is cold traffic, but in your email you say “Altucher Confidential Reader” which makes it look like they have purchased something in the past, or at least opted in for a free subscription, which would make them at least slightly warm.

Selling from the heels is actually in this guys tone and language (James Altucher is known for hedgy sounding language).
